Song Be Golf Resort was Vietnam’s first international championship golf course and is widely regarded as one of the most challenging layouts in the country. The golf resort was built in 1994 out of the natural landscape of fruit orchards and coconut palms. In 1995 the Song Be golf course was officially rated in accordance with the USGA/SGA requirements.

Founded in 1994, Song Be Golf Resort is the first international championship golf course and standards of the USA Golf Association and Singapore Golf Association. The site is included 3 nines, 27 holes with a Dessert Course and also is the most challenging layout throughout Viet Nam.
Song Be Golf Resort is only 22km from Ho Chi Minh City Center, which means just under an hour of driving with easy access thanks to Highway No. 13. What’s more, it is near Viet Nam – Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP) and the hustle Aeon Canary Binh Duong, which means playing here bringing you valuable opportunities to meet with not only Vietnamese but English and Mandarin-speaking golfers, too.
At first, the site has only 18 holes, 2 nines: Palm Course and Lotus Course. However, to meet the increasing demand, it has opened 9 more Desert holes in 2007 to increase the total to 27 over 104 hectares. The Desert Courses are where golfers have to make their best for every crane due to longer and narrower Fairways, an array of complex bunkers and abundance of sand dune acquire accuracy and skillful playing style. The site features 14 lakes added mature tree-lined fairways add more challenge to the overall golf course.
The Clubhouse provides a fully-equipped range of facilities like high-standard accommodation and on-site swimming pool.
